GroupWise Bulk Emailer removes the need to import email addresses into the user address book so they can be accessed in GroupWise. No more copying and pasting required. The email address information of the recipients is always kept confidential when you choose to populate the addresses into the BCC field.

An intuitive Windows application, GroupWise Emailer performs its bulk email service in six simple steps:

Open GroupWise.
Launch the GroupWise Emailer application.
Select the text file that contains the email addresses (single entry, one line per email address, maximum of 4,000 email addresses).
Choose to add the email addresses to the BCC, CC or TO fields.
Select the "Prepare Bulk Email" option. This causes a new GroupWise email window to be opened and the email addresses from the file to be populated into the correct field.
Compose your email and select "Send".
