GroupWise Internet Address Utility is compatible with the following versions of GroupWise:
- Minimum GroupWise 6.5.2
- GroupWise 7
- GroupWise 5.x

GroupWise Internet Address Utility is compatible with GroupWise installed on all server platforms:
- Novell OES
- Novell NetWare
- SUSE Linux
- Microsoft Windows
Server hardware requirements:
- No specific requirements.
Server access rights/permissions:
- When installing Riva and configuring the Trusted Application, the user must have supervisor rights to the GroupWise Domain and GroupWise Domain file system. During the installation and configuration wizard, the installer must browse to the LDAP Server Group object for the eDirectory tree and the GroupWise Domain and Post Office objects.
Workstation Requirements
- Windows 2000 Professional, XP Professional
- Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework installed on the machine running Riva CCU
- 32 MB RAM
- 20 MB Available Disk Space
- GroupWise Windows Client
