With GroupWise Email Merge, customised mail merges are a cinch.  GroupWise users are able to leverage the power of GroupWise to complete customised email send outs.  GroupWise Email Merge removes the need to import email addresses into the user address book.  No copying and pasting required. 

Intuitive User Interface

GroupWise Email Merge provides the user with an intuitive Graphic User Interface and Email Merge Wizard.

Easy to Use (Six Easy Steps)

  1. Run GroupWise Email Merge and select the data source that contains the recipients' information. (User must be logged into GroupWise).
  2. Select the text file that contains the email content, including the special identifiers for the data merge information.
  3. "Click and Drag" to create links between the special identifiers and the data fields from your data source.
  4. View the live preview of the first five emails before performing a test send.
  5. Send a "test" merge of the first X emails to your account to confirm the format and content. (Note: The user can add attachments at this step.)
  6. Click 'Send' and choose to keep a log file of all sent emails.

Send Emails After Hours

GroupWise Email Merge allows you to send your emails on a delayed basis. This prevents a large email merge from slowing down your system and internet connection during the day. 

Advanced Functionality Maximises Performance

GroupWise Email Merge advanced functionality allows you to reduce the impact on your server for large email send outs.  By submitted the merged emails directly to the GWIA/SEND directory, GroupWise Email Merge allows your system to operate at its maximum efficiency.
