Omni Notify OverviewOverviewOmni Notify is an email notification program that leverages the power of GroupWise WebAccess 6.5 SP3. Omni Notify is a Flash application. It provides email notification for your mailbox folder through GroupWise WebAccess for your Windows, Novell Linux Desktop or MacOS workstation. Omni Notify's greatest advantage is that it does not require any files, shell extensions, deamons or system tools to be installed on your desktop Omni Notify checks for new GroupWise email on your Intranet or the Internet. When new email arrives in your mailbox folder, it displays a pop-up notification box and/or plays a notification sound. The email retrieval interval can be configured to meet your requirements. Multiple concurrent Omni Notify sessions can be launched to access multiple GroupWise accounts simultaneously. You no longer have to provide your username and password each you want to read your email. Omni Notify remembers your GroupWise WebAccess login credentials and re-opens your GroupWise WebAccess session when you select "Read Mail". |
