Users can perform several actions on any item in the Mailbox
Calendar Month View
In the Month View, users can see which days have appointments, tasks or notes.
Calendar Alert in the Month View
When the user scrolls onto a date with calendar items, the user will see a pop-up window displaying list of number of appointments, tasks or notes for that date.
Create a New Appointment
Users can create appointments, tasks or notes from any view of the Calendar.
Search Address Book
Users can search their address books for addressees.
Client Settings
Users can modify client settings for their Syncaphone client.
