Help Desk Utility (HDU)

About HDU

Help Desk Utility replaces the complexities of traditional Novell administration applications such as ConsoleOne, iManage, and NWAdmin for help desk user management functions.

Help Desk provides supports for the "top ten" user management tasks traditionally performed by help desk operators. 

With HDU, non-IT trained individuals are able to carry out tier one help desk tasks for Novell and GroupWise account management.
