Riva Applications allow GroupWise administrators to configure policies to manage GroupWise content. They deliver on long-standing needs to be able to:

enforce user signature content
allow local language support for user and department-based signatures and disclaimers
link GroupWise distribution lists to CSV files and external datases and applications
dynamically update the members of GroupWise distribution lists
control who has permission to send emails to secure GroupWise distribution lists
automate the management of GroupWise content and account management based on eDirectory events (creating a new user, adding a user to a group, moving a user from one container to another.
