This screen is used to configure your eDirectory and GroupWise system connections.

This screen is used to create and configure Riva policies for each of the modules and reports.

Each policy and report can have different source, destination and options settings. Policy options are accessed through the different tabs.

This screen shows an example of how to configure the Secure Distribution List module source, destination and monitored accounts.

This screen shows the access control tab for the Secure Distribution Lists policy. Accounts added to this list are authorised to send emails to this controlled distribution list. Emails sent by unauthorised users will be rejected by SDL and forwarded to the distribution list manager for appropriate follow-up.

This screen shows the SDL list of recipients. Note that multiple recipient types can be selected for a single secure distribution list: individual accounts, eDirectory groups and eDirectory containers. Future support will include the ability to add CSV files that contain external email addresses.

This screen shows the recipient options tab for the secure distribution list module. These options control whether the email will be received as a single To:, CC: or BC:.
