Create Account ScreenEMU allows an administrator to automatically add user accounts to an eDirectory tree, GroupWise system and NetMail system, auto-generating the user names based on a defined set of account naming convention criteria or based on a specified field in the data file.
Setting Home DirectoryEMU can set rights, values and restrictions on user home directories as they are being created.
Set Password RestrictionsUsers' password restrictions and all other values can be set when creating accounts.
Group AssignmentEMU can bulk assign users to groups or groups can be assigned based on the contents of the fields in the data file.

Modify NDS AccountEMU allows you to modify multiple values for multiple accounts at once. Multiple accounts can have individual values changed based on the contents of the data file.
Removing Users From GroupWise Distribution ListsMultipler users can be removed from Distribution Lists using this screen.
Copy Home Directory OptionsEMU can be used to copy a user home directory from one volume to another. This function can even be used to bulk copy user home directories between different servers in different trees. This is a great migration option.
Multiple Account Search and Select using a CSV fileEMU can use a .CSV file to search and select users matching a specific field in the CSV. The user accounts can then be modified based on the values of the CSV file. This is a great way to bulk update user phone numbers, department information and other individual fields.
Moving AccountsIn this screen, accounts that have been selected based on the contents of a CSV file are being moved to a different container.
Exporting User InformationExporting information with EMU is quick and simple. Select the user accounts to be exported and choose which information you want to export. With the Advanced Values option, you can access all eDirectory values including Extended Schema attributes. The exported information is automatically formatted as a .CSV file.
