Omni Mobile displays your GroupWise account and folder list. It provides the same look and feel as your desktop client.

Mail is displayed in an easy-to-read and organised fashion. Use the checkbox feature to manage multiple emails at once.

The calendar day view shows Appointments, Tasks and Notes. Tasks and notes can be edited and updated from here.

The Calendar month view shows the number of appointments in blue, the number of tasks in green and the number of notes in red for each day of the month.

Omni Mobile adapts to your Windows Mobile or Pocket PC device resolution. Supported resolutions and orientations include 240 x 240, 240 x 320 and 320 x 240 on touch screen phones and 240 x 320 and 320 x 240 on Windows Mobile Smart Phones (non-touch screen). Please note that the "Quick Launch" icons will not appear on the Windows Mobile Smart Phone devices or on touch screen devices running in 240 x 240 or 320 x 240 mode. All actions are launched from the Menu for devices using this smaller height resolution.

The user policy screen allows users to modify their synchronisation settings and policies for their account (if this option is not disabled by the Enterprise Management Module).

The folder synchronisation interface allows users to select, create and modify the synchronisation schedule and interval that will apply to each folder (if not disabled by the Enterprise Management Module).

The Calendar sychronisation screen allows the user to specify how much calendar data will be sent to their device.

The addressbook synchronisation screen allows the user to specify which addressbooks will be sent to the device for access within Omni Mobile.

Logging in as the Omni Mobile Administrator and viewing the License tab will allow you to view the current license information.
