"Bulgarian Novell customers will also appreciate the power of eControl, a web-based 'ZERO Rights' user account management tool for GroupWise, eDirectory and mixed Novell and Microsoft networks," continues Poapst. "eControl allows organizations to securely delegate everyday user management tasks, such as password management, user account creation and GroupWise distribution list management, to junior administrators and non-technical staff. No access is required to ConsoleOne, NWAdmin or iManager. Users make these changes in eControl's web-based interface, and all changes get recorded to an audit log. eControl is also an ideal complement to Novell Identity Manager 3 for managing user accounts once they have been provisioned."
