New eControl Audit Module

eControl's new Audit Viewer and Reporting Module enhances security by allowing administrators and security teams to carry out network audit tasks more efficiently. eControl now delivers not only the simplest way to delegate management, provisioning and self-service tasks to non-technical users, but also the ability to delegate audit tasks to non-technical security personnel.

Quick Access to Audit Logs

Need to identify who changed a user's password or deleted an account? Simply log into eControl, select the appropriate log file from the drop-down menu, and a full record of all changes is displayed. eControl can even keep track of users who view accounts, even though a change may not have been made.

Export eControl Audit Logs

Administrators and security personnel with access to the Audit Module can download and export audit logs and reports as CSV files. This allows for further forensic analysis, graphing and reporting capabilities.

Extensive Filtering Features

eControl's Audit Module enables users to filter audit log information based on the following attributes:

  • Date
  • Action
  • Success
  • Host IP
  • User System (LDAP value)
  • User
  • eControl Module
  • Task Name
  • Destination System
  • Destination Entity (LDAP value)
  • Description of Update
