First-run Wizard

The first time you login to Omni Mobile, enter your WebAccess server address, your GroupWise login and password.

Initializing Omni Mobile

Omni Mobile runs the over-the-air Account Create wizard to install and initialize the user account and download the user data.



Main View

The Main view provides a familiar GroupWise interface. This results in reduced training costs, quick user adoption and much higher user satisfaction.

New Inbox

Your Mailbox shows read and unread email, organized by day, and uses the attachment icon to indicate emails with attachments.



Calendar Month View

For each day of the Month view, Omni Mobile shows the number of appointments in blue, tasks in green and notes in red.



Calendar Day View

The Day view shows Appointments, Tasks and Notes. Tasks and notes can be edited and updated from your PDA.



Email Attachments

Omni Mobile supports multiple attachment types, including .doc, .pdf, .xls, .ppt, .jpg file types. It supports two download methods. 



Attachment View

Your PDA's local application is used to open or view attachments.  Omni Mobile also leverages the GroupWise WebAccess HTTP Viewer.



WebAccess - Policy and Folder Synchronization

The following screenshot shows the folder selection and configuration options from a user account.  After having their account enabled by the Omni Mobile administrator, users select the Omni Mobile tab or icon in WebAccess to configure the synchronization options for their email, folders, calendar and address books.
