"NO Windows Server Required" GroupWise Client for Mobile Devices Just Got Better

Omni Mobile, the most cost-effective and feature-rich GroupWise Client for environments with 1 to 50 mobile devices, now supports all Windows Mobile 5 devices and Nokia ESeries Smart Phones. This includes the new Samsung Blackjack, Motorola Q, Palm Treo 700w and 750v and Nokia E61, E62, E70 (beta). Companies really appreciate that Omni Mobile does not require a Windows server. It runs directly on your existing GroupWise WebAccess server (NetWare, Linux or Windows) and is compatible with GroupWise 7 and 6.

Get eControl -- Ideal Complement for Novell IDM 3

Omni recently deployed eControl 2.0 for a global eyewear company, a U.S. state (7,000 users), a university in the Netherlands and a Canadian city government. If you are looking for a web-based, "ZERO Rights" tool that allows junior administrators, help desk operators and non-technical staff to perform the "Top 10" User Account Management tasks (e.g., reset passwords, enable/disable accounts, GroupWise distribution lists, release intruder lockout), eControl delivers immediate results.

Customers that use Novell IDM 3 to provision accounts see tremendous value in deploying eControl to provide delegated user account management to non-technical staff. The difference between eControl and "roles-based management" with iManager is that eControl supports mixed and multiple Novell and Microsoft systems from a single login, it installs in only three hours and training for non-technical users takes minutes rather than days. Junior administrators do not require extensive eDirectory, GroupWise, Console One, Active Directory or Exchange knowledge to carry out their delegated tasks. Your security team will be pleased to know that all changes made in eControl are written to a complete audit log.
