Customer Testimonials

John Moreno, MIS Director
Pendergast Elementary School District
Phoenix, Arizona, USA

"Imagine sitting down with a list of 3,500 names and needing to create eDirectory and GroupWise accounts, set group memberships, modify passwords, modify account information, create home directories, create volume restrictions, create GroupWise Distribution Lists and manage GroupWise visibility – almost overnight. We discovered EMU from Omni. The results have been phenomenal."

Allison Singh
Senior Novell Systems Engineer
Novell South Africa

"The Linux Desktop Multiplier's ability to leverage SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 for up to 10 users on one standard computer presents a huge value proposition for [Novell's] corporate, government and education clients."

Andrzej Gadomski
Manager, Client Services of Information Technology Services
Wilfrid Laurier University

"eControl helped create a win WIN, WIN, WIN situation for our students, staff, Help Desk staff and network security staff. With the custom changes to eControl, we were able to immediately simplify what was otherwise an arduous and complex process. I strongly recommend eControl and Omni Technology Solutions to all universities and colleges looking to simplify their user account administration for Novell, GroupWise and NetMail. It has been a great experience for us."

Janet Herdman
Executive Director, Information & Technology Services
North Kansas City School District

"With CCUweb, we enter our GroupWise calendar information once, and then share it across 75 web calendars and media platforms. Information shared with our district stakeholders remains up-to-date and consistent, and yet is customized to the needs of staff, students, parents and patrons."

Novell TTP Seminar for Education Sector

Technology Transfer Partners (TTP) is an international group of colleges and universities that have made a substantial commitment to campus IT implementations using Novell technology. TTP was started in the early 1980s with 14 universities whose goal it was to share their networking experiences in order to leverage the knowledge of their diverse campus computing environments.

Novell TTP has now grown to be a more comprehensive group of loyal Novell higher education customers that not only share information with each other, but with the software developers and business units at Novell. Perhaps no other group has more influence on software development at Novell than the TTP members.

The first Novell TTP EMEA Conference will take place at the Aristo Centre in Amsterdam on the 24th, 25th and 26th January 2007. Entrance to the event is free for members of the TTP. For a preliminary agenda, go to:  http://www.mindworksuk.com/ttp.
