New Oracle CRM Integration for GroupWise
Oracle CRM On Demand is the latest addition to the list of Riva CRM integrations for GroupWise. Use Riva to deliver transparent, server-side, two-way synchronisation of Oracle CRM and GroupWise information. Access your Oracle CRM accounts, contacts, tasks, quotes, opportunities, and support incidents (cases) from ALL GroupWise clients (Windows, Linux, Mac, WebAccess, BES and GMS devices).
Users enter data once in GroupWise or their CRM interface and no longer need to manually cut and paste information from one application to another. Opportunities, quotes and cases are synchronised to GroupWise and can be edited using the Omni ConnectBar directly from GroupWise.

Integrate GroupWise and SharePoint (no Active Directory required!)
Riva Integration Server from Omni allows organisations to leverage the fastest-growing product in Microsoft's history – Microsoft SharePoint – with their existing GroupWise investment. Riva allows you to use eDirectory as your source of authentication and permission controls – no Active Directory is required.
Use Riva to synchronise SharePoint and GroupWise contacts, appointments, groups, and project tasks. You even have the option to add GroupWise Web Parts (full GroupWise Mailbox view, WebAccess Address Book and Calendar) to the SharePoint Portal interface.
