Novell Partner Poised for Growth with Unified Email and CRM Solution
Jacques Sauvé, president of Montreal-based Novell Gold Partner, Adaris Technologies, shares his experience with GroupWise, SugarCRM and Riva CRM Integration from Omni:
"Riva turns GroupWise into a unified email, collaboration and CRM client," said Sauvé. "It literally has turned GroupWise into our most powerful sales tool. Our sales staff and project managers can now work in GroupWise and access their CRM data -- running on their PC, Mac, Linux desktop, WebAccess client and BlackBerry. Riva's SmartConvert Drop Folders are incredible! You can quickly and easily archive GroupWise emails in your CRM and convert GroupWise emails into CRM opportunities or cases without opening the CRM interface."

GWCheck Interview on Riva GroupWise CRM Integration
Gert from GWCheck interviews Aldo Zanoni, CEO and Managing Director of Omni, regarding the recent launch of Riva CRM Integration, Managed Policies, Applications and Reports for GroupWise. Learn how Riva allows administrators to automate GroupWise content management (folders, address books, calendars, rules, proxy access, etc.); generate GroupWise and eDirectory reports that are otherwise not easily accessible with native Novell tools; and, integrate GroupWise with CRMs and third-party applications and collaboration solutions. Aldo shares new features that will be available with GroupWise 8 (Bonsai) and future CRM and ERP connectors that will be developed. www.gwcheck.com/wpml/?p=711
EMU -- The Ultimate Bulk User Management Tool for GroupWise and eDirectory
We invite GroupWise administrators who are tasked with bulk importing, creating, managing and deleting hundreds or thousands of GroupWise and eDirectory accounts to experience the EMU difference. EMU saves administrators time by allowing them to create User Create profiles that simplify and automate the account creation process. They then simply need to import user account data from a CSV file, load the appropriate User Create profile from a drop-down, make any changes that are necessary, and the eDirectory and GroupWise accounts are automatically created. If you find home-grown LDIF batch scripts, UIMPORT, ICE or GWImport are either too complex to use or are missing features, visit Omni's website to learn about EMU. The investment is well worth it.
