Riva CRM Integration from Omni – #1 CRM Integration Solution for GroupWise

Riva CRM Integration delivers the #1 solution for two-way synchronisation of appointments, phone calls, tasks, notes, address books, opportunities, quotes and cases between GroupWise and SugarCRM, info@hand, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com. Riva's SmartConvert Drop Folders automatically convert GroupWise emails into archived CRM emails or new CRM opportunities, cases or quotes.

Riva CRM allows you to manage CRM opportunities, cases or quotes directly from your GroupWise client with Riva's ConnectBar. Enterprises can synchronise multiple accounts at the same time with Riva's Enterprise Edition (now in closed beta).

Norwegian School Recommends EMU for Creating Multiple Staff and Student Accounts

Kristelig Gymnasium is an Oslo-based K-12 school with 100 staff and 750 students. During the past 10 years, Novell eDirectory and GroupWise have provided the school's directory service and email collaboration platforms. When it came time to decide how to bulk manage user accounts, the school chose EMU from Omni.

"EMU is the best tool we have ever used for bulk importing, creating, managing and deleting Novell GroupWise and eDirectory accounts for our staff and students," said Tom Hannigan, Computer Systems Administrator for Kristelig Gymnasium. "EMU is priced competitively and is simple to use. I highly recommend it to other K-12 schools."

Webcast – Multiplied SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop Strategy for K-12 Schools

Students typically only use 5-8% of their computer's processing power. Stand-alone desktops contribute to high electricity costs for K-12 school districts and pollution in our environment. Potential alternatives are to look at traditional thin clients or, better yet, multi-station SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktops. The concept is pretty straightforward – install the Desktop Multiplier software, add additional graphics cards to a regular desktop PC, connect multiple monitors, and deliver "full-featured", full-client desktops at a fraction of the cost.

These desktops are manageable by ZENworks Linux Management. They are fully compatible with the Novell Client for Linux and Linux Single Sign-on. IES4Linux looks after any web-based applications with IE dependencies. A certified hardware bundle is available from R Cubed Technologies with SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop, the Desktop Multiplier and open source education applications pre-installed. View this webcast, co-hosted by Novell and Omni, on the value of SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop and this multi-station approach.
