Order Process
Below is the process for placing an order for your customers:
- Price Quote: Please email Licensing if you would like a price quote for your customer. Include your customer's name, the product name and the number of licences in your email.
- Customer Profile: Please fill out a Customer Profile for each new order. If the order is for support renewal, please include your customer's name in the email.
- Licensing Requirements: The licensing requirements vary for each product. Review the licensing requirements below for the product you wish to purchase and email the requested information to Licensing along with your Customer Profile.
- Payment Options: Licence files and authentication keys will be sent once payment has been received. We will also send you an invoice by email for your records.

credit card number and expiration date. - Purchase Order – This option is available within North America ONLY.

Licensing Requirements (by product)
Mobility Products
- Omni Messenger: We require your Pocket PC's device ID. To determine your device ID number, you will need to download and install Omni Messenger. When you start Omni Messenger on your device, a message will be displayed that identifies your device ID. Please send the EXACT device ID.
Management Products
- eControl: Please review the System Requirements page and contact us to schedule an installation.
- Enterprise Management Utility (EMU): We need your NDS Tree name.
Messaging Products
- Create Web Calendar Utility (CCUweb): We need the organization name as it will appear on the calendars.
- GWemailer: We need the email address to be licensed.
- GWmerge: We need the email address to be licensed.
- Address Book Update (ABU): We need the Email address to be licensed.
- Riva Managed Policies and Applications: We need to receive the licence request file that is created after you complete the Licence Request Wizard.
- Omni Notify:
- The number of testers/users at your site
- The server OS (NetWare, Linux or Windows) and web server type (Apache, Novonyx or IIS) that WebAccess is running on
- The combinations of workstation OS/browsers you will be testing
- The URL to your WebAccess server (e.g., http://mail.domain.com/servlet/webacc). If you have a different URL for access "inside" and "outside" of your firewall, you will need to provide both URLs.
- NetMail Notify:
- Server Name (This information will appear on the NetMail client.):
- NetMail NMAP Server IP Address or DNS name (both internal and external addresses are required if the addresses are different for use behind and outside of a firewall):
- NMAP Port (Please confirm that 689 is the port being used in your environment.): 689
- Web Address URL (This is the URL that users would connect to retrieve their NetMail email. Both internal and external addresses are required if the addresses are different for use behind and outside a firewall.):
- Web Port (Please confirm that Port 80 is the port being used to access the web-based interface for NetMail.)
Multiplier Products
- Desktop Multiplier: Please send us your system's MAC address and the number of monitors that will be connected to the computer. Below are instructions on how to find your MAC address.
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop (SLED 10): To find your MAC address in Novell Linux Desktop, you need to log in as the "root" user. Then go to Programs > Accessories > Terminal. When the Terminal window pops up, type "ifconfig". In the first line you should see "HWaddr" and a string of 12 numbers separated by colons (e.g., 00:0B:CD:55:63:C9). This is your MAC address. Please send it to us to licence the Desktop Multiplier.
