How we did it

Multiple calendars with scheduled Auto-Update and GroupWise Auto-Import

Forest Grove School District uses CCUweb with scheduled Auto-Update to maintain school calendars for each of their six schools. Each school maintains a GroupWise account for their scheduled events. Each night, CCUweb Auto-Update is scheduled to re-create the web site based on the information from each school's GroupWise calendar. Personnel at each school have been assigned PROXY rights to add, delete and update information in their local school calendar. The GroupWise login and password for these "calendar" accounts are maintained by the school district IT staff.

GroupWise Auto-Import

The GroupWise Auto-Import version allows visitors to import school activities into their local GroupWise calendar directly from the school web site.

      - Canadian National Holidays (canada_2003.csv)
      - U.S. National Holidays (us_2003.csv)
• 1,942 files created
• Seven calendars created
