How we did it

ROGER KANE HIGH SCHOOL
Single calendar with scheduled Auto-Update and GroupWise Auto-Import

Roger Kane High School uses CCUweb with scheduled Auto-Update to maintain its school calendar. The office secretary maintains a GroupWise account for the school's events. Each night, CCUweb Auto-Update is scheduled to re-create the web site based on the information from the "calendar" account. The principal, fine arts teacher, and physical education teacher have been assigned PROXY rights to add, delete and update information in the school calendar. The GroupWise login and password is maintained by the office secretary.

GroupWise Auto-Import

The GroupWise Auto-Import version allows visitors to import school activities into their local GroupWise calendar directly from the school web site.
