CCUWeb enables better communication with your stakeholders by creating calendar projects to publish calendar information on your web site. A calendar project lets you define the parameters to create a web-based calendar that can be hosted on a web server to be shared with anyone in your organisation (intranet) or outside your organisation (internet).

By enabling Auto-Import, visitors to the web calendar can import calendar entries into their personal calendar. This feature supports Groupwise and Outlook email clients.

Choose the language that will be used for the calendar framework. This includes the names of months and days, abbreviations and date format for your preferred language. By default CCUweb supports English and French. Additional languages can be added by creating a new language.cfg file.

CCUWeb allows you to brand the calendar to match your corporate image and the rest of your site. This screen allows you to select from a default stock of .gif files or to select your company logo to create the calendar header file.

CCUWeb is easy to set up and guides you through the process of creating a project and calendars using simple wizards.

CCUweb opens the default project view so you can configure and manage the new project you have created.

CCUWeb allows you to manage calendar projects based on the information to be imported from multiple user accounts or resource calendars.

After the configuration steps are complete, you generate your calendar with a click of a button. This screen shows the progress of the calendar creation process.
