Simplified Account Provisioning and De-provisioning
eControl Create empowers HR clerks and office staff to provision and de-provision user accounts, email lists and groups quickly and easily. By using pre-configured profiles, eControl Create standardises account creation and ensures compliance with corporate naming standards, group membership and email account requirements.
Figure 1: To provision a new user in the Purchasing department, an HR clerk logs into eControl from any browser, selects the "Create AD / Exchange User - Purchasing" profile and fills out the form. Then, eControl automatically creates the user's Active Directory account, Exchange account, home directory, assigns the user a temporary password and adds the user to the appropriate security groups.
