eControl User Account and Identity Management Overview

  • users authenticate using a web browser through SSL connections that encrypt authentication and data input
  • non-IT staff can be trained in as little as 15 minutes.  This significantly reduces training costs and actual help desk calls that IT staff have to respond to
  • eControl provides the means to enable user-management in a very controlled manner that can satisfy the needs of even the largest and most complex network environments
