Test Drive Scenarios for
eControl Manage Module

Before starting your eControl LIVE testing, please ensure you have allowed "Pop-ups" for the eControl live site.  After reading the scenarios described below, we invite you to login and carry out web-based Account Management tasks.

Click here to login as a local manager or help desk operator.

For the following eControl LIVE scenarios, each local manager and help desk operator has received the ability to carry out the eControl tasks that have been assigned to the appropriate groups of which they are members.  For example, the vancouvermanager login can carry out Active Directory and Exchange tasks in the Vancouver OU.  The newyorkhdo can call out all tasks in the New York OU.  The acme login can carry out all eControl tasks in all networks and email systems across the entire company.

Search Authority and Task Authority are controlled by the eControl Administration Module and assigned to groups. When a user logs into eControl, eControl determines which members the user is a member of and applies the appropriate Search and Task Authorities for the user.  The eControl administration interface is not available to be demonstrated on our eControl live site. Please use the form on our Contact Us page to request a demonstration of the eControl administration interface.

After you have finished your eControl test drive, fill out a download request to receive an email that contains download information.  Before installing, please review the eControl hardware and software requirements.

After logging in as one of the assigned users and completing your search, right-click on the account to see the options available for that object.
